I am a dedicated leader who cares deeply about people and excels in clear communication. My experience as a Music Director has allowed me to lead a multi-generational team of musicians and volunteers, ensuring alignment and support through thoughtful communication. I thrive on helping others learn and adapt to new systems, making change feel simple and approachable.

In my previous role as Director of Contemporary Worship, I successfully led weekly services for a church of over 500 members, where I initiated a mentorship program for young leaders. This experience honed my ability to create shared goals and foster lasting impact within the community. I believe that genuine care and consistency are essential in any role, especially in sales, where listening and understanding make a real difference.
