Conducted a landscape scan of digital tools for Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning, and organisational efficiency to inform RISE’s future digital MEL approach. Produced actionable recommendations by assessing tool trade-offs with attention to data protection, privacy, and ethical considerations for digital and AI-enabled solutions.

Provided food security and nutrition technical leadership to strengthen proposal development, donor engagement, and partnership positioning. Supported evidence-based programming design using geo-mapped food security analysis and integrated, nutrition-sensitive approaches across health, WASH, livelihoods, agriculture, and climate adaptation.

Led the final evaluation of the Bridging the Gap (BTG) project to strengthen MANI’s institutional capacity and support young people in Lagos, Imo, the FCT, and nationwide online. Delivered an agile mixed-method design combining surveys, KIIs/FGDs, app analytics review of the Itunu App, and cost-benefit analysis to assess learning, policy influence, and lived-experience involvement.

Implemented WUSC’s MERL policy and strategy by developing a MERL Toolkit Matrix covering 72 tools and leading knowledge-product guidance and dissemination practices. Led development of the DREEM 2.0 MERL Capacity Assessment Tool (MCAT-RLO v1.0), a 296-point diagnostic with stage-adjusted scoring and displacement-sensitive data ethics modules.

Led the full grant acquisition process for ACAF, from donor landscape research through submission-ready proposals across complexity tiers up to multi-partner bids exceeding $1 million. Built a grants intelligence report and dashboard capturing eligibility criteria, budgets, required skills, and alignment with ACAF’s academic freedom and civic space mandate.

Supported evaluation of the FCDO SCALE programme (up to £68m over four years) by contributing to formative and summative learning workstreams. Applied theory-based formative testing of logframe assumptions and contributed to outcome-harvesting and contribution-focused case studies with Value for Money integrated into draft and final reporting.

Served on an external review panel assessing RFP grant applications across 36+ countries with a total portfolio exceeding USD 90 million. Delivered evidence-based funding recommendations by verifying eligibility, scrutinizing budgets for sufficiency and realism, and coordinating clarifications with co-reviewers.

Led a mixed-method external evaluation of the Local Safety, Global Learning Field Building programme across 13 Sub-Saharan African countries focused on digital security capacity for local human rights defenders. Directed delivery of a national baseline survey in Nigeria funded by the Ford Foundation, reaching 359 respondents across all 6 geopolitical zones. Built quota-based, network-driven sampling and set up MEL indicators for all baseline objectives, producing a regionally disaggregated baseline report to guide GBV prevention strategy and targeting.

Led ecosystem mapping to counter the shrinking of digital civic space by structuring tools and playbooks HRDs use to prevent, detect, and respond to digital threats. Operationalised social media listening within the methodology and created an AI-assisted curation workflow for resource tagging, culminating in an actionable mapping framework and executive one-pager.

Led a multi-country mid-term review of the Shifting the Power programme to advance localisation by shifting decision power to local CSOs and communities across Ghana, Malawi, and Zambia. Directed primary data collection (125+ respondents, 25 community storytelling sessions, 38 FGDs, 70 KIIs) and authored the MTR report with country recommendations, logframe performance analysis, and ToC coherence
