What I'm looking for

I’m available for international and multi-year consultancy assignments, including remote and in-country engagements, supporting leadership-driven MEL systems for health systems strengthening across HTM, MNCH, immunisation, and Global Health Security.

I’m a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Expert with over 16 years of progressive experience supporting leadership driven health systems strengthening (HSS) and large-scale public health programmes in low- and middle-income country contexts. I design and operationalise M&E frameworks, performance monitoring plans, dashboards, learning agendas, and adaptive management systems for donor-funded programmes, including Global Fund, GAVI, USAID, CDC and government-led initiatives.

I bring strong background in HTM (HIV, TB, Malaria) integration, sustainable health financing, immunisation, MNCH, and Global Health Security. I translate data into policy-relevant evidence, facilitate learning processes, and support leadership and governance reforms aligned with UHC and the Leadership for UHC (L4UHC) model.

At Jhpiego (an affiliate of Johns Hopkins University), I led the design and implementation of comprehensive MEL systems for multi-donor health programmes covering MNCH, immunisation, and Global Health Security. I developed results frameworks, PMPs, indicator reference sheets, and performance dashboards; monitored leadership-driven HSS interventions; conducted routine data quality assessments (DQAs); mentored implementing partners and health managers; and produced learning briefs, analytical reports, and outcome summaries, including inputs into Stories of Change.

Earlier, with Ghana Health Service (GHS) as a Technical Officer – Health Information / Monitoring & Evaluation, I provided long-term technical leadership in health information systems, M&E, and performance monitoring across multiple public health programmes. I supported HTM integration through service delivery performance tracking and referral synergies, strengthened routine surveillance and outbreak management for Global Health Security, and led capacity strengthening on data collection, analysis, interpretation, and use for leadership decisions.
