At Commonwealth (Evidence Based Solutions), I coordinate MEL data systems for a research programme addressing GBV and SRH across Ghana and other Commonwealth countries. I maintain project trackers and activity logs, check data quality, and support adaptive responses to implementation gaps.
I coordinate multi-region surveys and programme implementation, including field data collection tools, protocols, and ethical research standards. I also train and mentor field teams, and turn quantitative and qualitative findings into reports, briefs, and donor updates.
At Ketu South Municipal Hospital, Aflao, I oversee unit-level data systems and reporting in the Neonatal ICU. I translate health policy into unit-level practice and use Google Workspace and Microsoft Office to manage remote workflows and team coordination.
