I am looking for opportunities that allow me to drive impactful development programs and foster capacity building in diverse communities.

I am a results-driven Development Consultant with over 10 years of experience in driving change through program planning, design, and implementation. My expertise lies in managing multi-stakeholder engagements and advocacy, ensuring that development programs are not only effective but also sustainable. I have a strong background in capacity needs assessment, curriculum development, and facilitation, which allows me to enhance organizational and technical competencies across various sectors.

In my current role as Director of Programs and Capacity Building at the International Human Rights Commission, I design and manage development programs focused on human rights and peacebuilding. I lead capacity-building initiatives and coordinate MEAL activities to ensure alignment with sustainable development goals. My previous experience as a Consultant Lead Trainer for the World Bank Funded Ghana Jobs & Skills Project has equipped me with the skills to implement training that boosts entrepreneurial capacity and employment outcomes, particularly for youth and women.

My educational background includes a PhD in Business Administration and an MBA, complemented by certifications in Project Management and International Organizations Management. I am passionate about using data-driven approaches to inform decision-making and continuously improve program effectiveness.
