What I'm looking for

I’m looking for roles where I can lead M&E and research design, manage multi-site delivery, and produce clear, decision-ready insights from complex data—working with stakeholders in fast-paced environments and improving data quality end to end.

I’m a research, monitoring & evaluation (M&E), and project management professional with over five years of experience in global health and development. I lead research and multi-site implementation efforts that turn complex datasets into actionable insights for program design and decision-making.

As a Research Fellow (Consultant) with the Center for Learning and Childhood Development (CLCD), I lead end-to-end research and project implementation across multi-site programs (~1,200 participants). I design survey instruments, manage primary data collection, run statistical analyses, and strengthen data systems through quality checks to improve reliability and usability.

Previously, as a PhD Researcher on the iLiNS Project, I conducted longitudinal data analysis (~950 participants) to evaluate early-life nutrition impacts on child development outcomes. I also supported monitoring and evaluation systems at AMPLIFIES Ghana (USDA-funded), helping teams track performance indicators, analyze program data, and deliver clear reporting and documentation for stakeholders.
