I’m looking for a receptionist/front desk role where I can deliver warm, professional customer service, keep documentation and schedules perfectly organized, and handle front-office/admin tasks confidently while supporting a reliable, fast-paced team.

I’m an energetic, detail-oriented Front Desk Professional with 4+ years of progressive experience spanning customer service, office administration, and client relationship management. I’m known for exceptional communication, a professional demeanor, and reliability in fast-paced environments.

Across my roles, I’ve handled high-volume client interactions while maintaining organized records and smooth follow-up processes. I manage inquiries through phone, email, and in-person touchpoints, ensuring clients feel welcomed, heard, and supported at every step.

I bring strong administrative capability—filing systems, document management, invoice processing, and correspondence—along with office coordination such as meeting coordination, appointment scheduling, and inventory stocking. I also support operational work like payroll assistance and basic bookkeeping, keeping documentation accurate and up to date.
