I’m looking for a call-centre or customer-focused role where I can deliver persuasive sales presentations, strong customer service, and reliable communication. I want clear goals, supportive teamwork, and opportunities to grow my skills.

I’m a dedicated professional focused on delivering high-quality results in every task. I adapt quickly to different challenges and stay committed to providing effective solutions.

As a Call Centre Agent, I engaged with callers from various nations and executed persuasive sales presentations. I bring a strong work ethic and a clear focus on achieving objectives efficiently.

I’m backed by a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from North South University, where I earned a GPA of 3.85. This foundation strengthens my communication and helps me connect with people confidently.

I work well through team collaboration and value strong communication skills. I’m also multilingual—English (C1 Advanced), Urdu (B2 Upper Intermediate), and Hindi (B2 Upper Intermediate)—and I enjoy reading philosophy, playing guitar and singing.
