What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a sales or customer-facing role where I can support international clients, build long-term relationships, resolve issues professionally, and contribute to sales goals.

I've operated an independent online sales business on the G2G Marketplace since 2021, serving customers across the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, and other regions.

I handle the full customer journey, from pre-sales questions and order processing to after-sales support, disputes, and issue resolution.

I communicate through voice calls, Discord, live chat, and messaging platforms, using fluent English to build trust, negotiate sales, and maintain long-term client relationships.

I'm also pursuing a B.Sc. in Software Engineering at Daffodil International University, alongside building more than five years of practical sales and customer-service experience.
