Over several years at financial institutions I have worked as a KYC Officer, retail sales agent, junior archivist and bancassurance representative, consistently meeting sales targets, improving customer onboarding, and maintaining accurate records. I have hands-on experience with Flexcube, Finflows and Oracle MIS to capture customer data, restrict non-compliant accounts, and produce compliance reports. I also managed archival systems—cataloging, preservation, retrieval—and supported operational KPIs.
