I am a customer-focused sales and analytics professional with hands-on experience in B2B sales, digital marketing, and technical customer support. I have worked on multi-channel digital campaigns, handled CRM data, and built sales pipelines through cold outreach and contractor visits.

At Teleperformance (Asus process) I managed large volumes of inbound technical calls, met SLA targets, and received the "Turnaround Champ of the Month (2024)" award for outstanding performance. During a sales internship at Legrand India, I conducted 160+ contractor meetings, developed a B2B pipeline, and supported product demonstrations.
