I also guide leaders through sensitive employee relations matters, workplace concerns, grievances, conflict resolution, and organizational change.

I use HealthCheck surveys, exit feedback, workforce trends, and people analytics to identify organizational themes and translate them into actionable leadership recommendations. My dashboards cover headcount, attrition, engagement, performance, recognition, and organizational health.

Earlier, at KPIT Technologies, I supported campus recruitment, managed documentation for 800+ offers, and coordinated candidate communication, induction activities, and large-scale hiring initiatives. I bring experience across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and mobility to benefits, compliance, audits, and exits.
