At SMD Africa Marine, I own regional revenue, pricing and channel strategy across five Sub-Saharan African markets, leading a six-person commercial team and a 10-partner dealer network.
I've secured R54m in direct contract and tender awards since 2019, including a R25m Transnet infrastructure maintenance contract and two R5m South African Navy SATCOM awards. I grew Transnet into a R33m account across five awards and expanded SATCOM into recurring software and subscription revenue.
I build routes to market for technical capital equipment, from OEM commercial terms and tender strategy to CRM governance and stock strategy. Earlier, I managed a R20m B2B portfolio at Imperial Logistics, retained the full account base, and added 50+ new accounts.
