What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can lead classroom curriculum and inclusive practice, mentor staff, engage families, and grow into leadership within an early childhood program.

I am an early childhood educator with progressive classroom leadership experience, from assistant roles through Lead Teacher positions. I design differentiated lessons, manage classrooms with positive behavior supports, and prioritize inclusive practices for diverse learners while mentoring assistant teachers.

I bring hands-on experience in family engagement, staff training, and reflective continuous improvement, supported by formal study in Early Childhood Education and ongoing bachelor's work in Early Childhood Business Administration.
