I’m a leasing professional who delivers results through hands-on leasing operations. At Greystar, I performed all sales and leasing activities—conducting community tours, processing applications, screenings, background checks, preparing leases, and supporting smooth move-ins and lease signing—while keeping communities inspection-ready.

Across my roles as a leasing consultant and real estate trainer/sales assistant, I improved efficiency and guest experience by following policies and responding quickly to prospects and residents. I also built strong workflows around marketing activities, lead qualification, appointment setting, maintaining community data, and completing administrative and reporting tasks.

Before real estate, I spent a decade as a Disneyland Resort Entertainment Host, where I maintained character integrity and crafted memorable guest interactions through storytelling, photography support, and service recovery. I’ve trained and mentored new hires, resolved issues with conflict resolution, and bring a reliable, high-integrity approach to every team I join.
