What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine customer service with accurate medical data—handling insurance verification, scheduling, and billing tasks. I want a team that values integrity, quality, and clear procedures while helping patients get reimbursed correctly.

I’m a customer service oriented professional who provides timely and accurate data to ensure reimbursement for patient services. I follow policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent quality, and I consistently model and inspire high levels of integrity.

I bring a strong foundation in medical billing and coding from my Associate of Science degree, with hands-on knowledge of Medical Coding (ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, CPT), Medical Billing, and Insurance Claim Processing. I understand CMS forms like CMS 1500 and CMS 1450 (UB-04), and I work with EOBs and revenue cycle workflows.

In roles like Patient Service Representative, I answered phones, scheduled patient appointments, and conducted insurance verifications. At The Millennium Group, I supported project work by comparing data with source documents, re-entering data in verification formats to detect errors, and compiling, sorting, and verifying accuracy before entry.
