What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR operations role where I can support recruiting, onboarding, payroll, employee records, and process improvement in a high-volume environment.

I've supported HR operations, payroll, recruiting, and onboarding in high-volume environments for more than seven years.

At Topgolf, I administer payroll for 200+ associates and lead candidate communication, hiring coordination, new-hire documentation, and I-9 compliance. I also helped implement new HCM and recruiting software at the venue level.

I create SOPs and operational tools that strengthen consistency, documentation, and employee service. My tools were adopted across 100+ Topgolf venues to support scalable processes.

Previously, I supported payroll, onboarding, employee records, financial reconciliation, and tip-outs for 100+ associates as a Lead Administrator. I bring bilingual English and Spanish communication, confidentiality, and detail-focused problem-solving to every employee interaction.
