I'm looking for a results-oriented role where I can use my administrative experience, education, communication skills, and organized approach to support continued growth and advancement.

At Agora Cyber Charter School, I support executive operations by managing calendars, voicemail, correspondence, Zendesk tickets, Salesforce reports, records, and attendance adjustments. I also respond to parent and school inquiries, conduct home visits, process attendance revision letters, and connect students with appropriate school support services.

Previously, at Frankford Hospital, I provided nursing care and unit-clerk support, maintained patient documentation and chart accuracy, coordinated calls and supplies, and reported information to the charge nurse.
