I am a motivated, adaptable leader with 15 years of experience across healthcare, home care, and surgical settings. I focus on driving organizational success through strong client relations, operational coordination, and continuous process improvement.

In my current role as Director of Client Experience I oversee a team of 10, manage 3,000–5,000 in-home care hours weekly for 100+ clients and caregivers, and coordinate multi-provider surgical calendars. I bring hands-on expertise in high-volume scheduling, EMR/EHR accuracy, CPT and ICD-10 coding, insurance authorization, billing reconciliation, and HIPAA-compliant operations.
