At BakerStarrett, LLP, I lead day-to-day operations, HR, and 23 employees across Tax, Accounting, and Payroll. I drive firm-wide improvements in efficiency, accountability, technology, and client service.

I've streamlined the extension process into a paperless workflow, led an accounts receivable revamp covering 1,000+ accounts, and coordinated the remodel and expansion of six new offices. I also develop policies and procedures, including collaboration on the firm's Written Information Security Program policy.

Previously at Manatt’s, Inc., I led Insurance, Surety Bonding, Safety, and Environmental functions for seven companies. I implemented risk-tracking programs, researched and deployed an RMIS, and represented the company with EPA, DNR, and OSHA.

My background also includes insurance agency leadership, business development, client retention, accounting operations, payroll, and accounts receivable. I bring practical leadership and sound judgment to building efficient, sustainable processes and high-performing teams.
