Before that, I led on-site staffing and requisition fulfillment as an On-site Program Manager at ThermoFisher Scientific, and I worked across multiple industries as an Independent HR Consultant—building job descriptions, pre-screening questions, and hiring plans, then supporting resume review, interview coaching, and post-employment coordination. My background also includes recruiter and operations support roles in high-volume environments, plus HRIS and HRIS-driven benefits/compensation and contingent workforce expertise, with deep familiarity across staffing and workforce management tools.
