Ashley Jensen

I bring 10+ years of customer service experience, combining strong organizational skills with a consistent ability to work well with others. My goal is to find a role where I can support customers reliably while contributing to a stable, long-term team environment.

In my customer-facing and service roles, I’ve handled responsibilities end-to-end: resetting retail areas, distribution checks, audits, stocking, clearing merchandise, and setting up displays to improve sales. I’ve also gone above and beyond helping customers find exactly what they need, even when situations were complex or time-sensitive.

I’ve led and supported teams as a supervisor, including overseeing several different areas and helping out customer service supervisors. I also contributed to store remodeling work in the RTP area—building and moving fixtures, setting modulars, and filling shelves with merchandise—while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and readiness.

Beyond retail and dispatching, I supported learning in an education setting as a Teacher Assistant. I helped teachers create lesson plans, worked with small groups of students to enhance the learning process, and oversaw student behavior while helping them work out problems—always staying calm, attentive, and solution-oriented.
