What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use HIPPA-compliant patient support, CRM-driven operations, and resident/customer relationship skills to improve access, resolve issues quickly, and contribute to a team that values organization and compassionate communication.

I’m a customer-focused communications and operations professional with experience across patient advocacy, leasing operations, education, tenant relations, hospitality, and financial auditing. I bring strong CRM and administrative skills to keep processes accurate, compliant, and responsive.

As a Patient Advocate at Elevate Patient Financial Solutions, I maintain HIPPA-compliant documentation, conduct patient screenings and eligibility assessments, and manage high-volume patient case queues. I coordinate closely with hospital staff, social workers, case managers, and financial counselors to improve patient access to healthcare coverage and support services, and I provide compassionate, crisis-sensitive communication.

In my leasing work with The Michelson Organization, I manage resident services, renewals, delinquency tracking, and collections using Yardi, Bluemoon, DocuSign, and CRM platforms. I coordinate tours, respond to inquiries, process financial transactions and vendor invoices, and support marketing initiatives and community events to strengthen engagement and retention.

Earlier in my career, I served as a Tenant Relations Administrator at Blackwell Inc., worked as a Substitute Teacher through the Missouri Department of Education / Kelly Services, and taught English (ESL) internationally at KB Bridge Private School in Russia. I also bring audit and reconciliation experience from Sonesta ES Hotel Suites, and I’m recognized for adaptability, organization, cross-cultural communication, and delivering high-quality client and student experiences.
