I am an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and leadership. My journey began at Shaws, where I excelled as a Customer Service Representative, leading the front end and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Most recently, I served as a VSW Team Lead at Penquis CAP, where I was responsible for overseeing program documentation and billing. I created training materials and provided one-on-one support to staff, ensuring that all visitation notes were accurately documented and submitted in a timely manner. My ability to communicate effectively with DHHS case workers and families has been crucial in mitigating concerns and providing updates on progress.
