At HCL Tech (Xerox), I led solution design for enterprise Managed Print Services opportunities, aligning proposed solutions with customer requirements and business objectives. I also owned pricing strategy and managed complex RFPs and proposals.
I supported 77+ enterprise projects, managing up to 10 concurrent engagements and coordinating with Sales, Delivery, Technical Architecture, Pricing, Contracting, and Operations. My work also included solution reviews, Bid-to-Transition activities, process improvement, and AI testing.
Earlier at HCL Tech (Xerox), I performed data analysis, reporting, equipment modeling, and print-environment assessments, and developed solution documentation, SOPs, and presentations. At GuestTek, I provided network and internet support for hospitality customers, troubleshooting VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, switches, access points, and connectivity issues.
