At CONDUENT, I supported proprietary banking applications used by five U.S. financial institutions, covering customer-account management, transaction processing, check-image storage, receipts, and reporting. The platforms handled approximately $15M–$20M in daily transactions.
I provided application and infrastructure support across approximately 90 Windows and Linux servers in VMware environments. I investigated production incidents using application troubleshooting, log analysis, PostgreSQL validation, and vendor escalation.
For two banking clients, I migrated and validated PostgreSQL databases as they moved to a new application platform. I also supported major upgrades to three platforms, including testing, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
Earlier, at ATOS, I supported enterprise infrastructure across Linux, Solaris, Windows, VMware, and networking. I also led a formal transition of a global customer's Solaris infrastructure to a new provider, with documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational coordination.
