I’m an Infrastructure & Security Operations Specialist with over 5 years of hands-on experience in technical operations, IoT infrastructure, systems administration, and security-oriented environments. I’ve deployed and managed enterprise-grade network infrastructure and delivered high-volume technical support across multilingual enterprise settings under strict SLA requirements.
