I’m seeking a stable company in the general workforce where I can use my office, customer service, and operational skills to benefit the team and customer. I’m receptive to additional company training and I take pride in reliability.

I’m an Administrative Assistant/Mailroom Clerk with a strong customer-service background across reception, clerical support, and member-focused roles. I bring a steady, professional presence—welcoming visitors, answering multi-line calls, and routing requests with care and clarity.

I’ve supported daily operations by updating rosters, distributing mail, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and maintaining organized filing systems. In customer-facing environments, I’ve focused on problem-solving and service recovery, including turning frustrated clients into repeat customers.
