What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer- and resident-focused role where I can manage operations, resolve complex concerns, coordinate vendors and internal teams, and improve service experiences.

At RealManage, I manage operations for a 696-unit community, leading inspections, homeowner issue resolution, board meetings, vendor services, and a $3M budget.

I've also supported customers through furniture delivery, warranty, and service needs at Palladio Services, and drove leasing, occupancy, and 90% resident retention at Advenir Living. I bring hands-on experience resolving complex concerns, coordinating teams and service requests, maintaining accurate records, and delivering responsive support by phone, email, and in person.
