What I'm looking for

I'm ready to bring my builder mindset to a founding Customer Success role.

At HUB International Northwest, I manage 700+ client accounts and ~1,600 policies representing $3M+ in estimated annual premium as the sole account manager.

I administer Applied Epic across the client lifecycle, handling records, policy tracking, renewal pipelines, and activity documentation. I also serve as the main contact for onboarding, renewals, escalations, coverage changes, and carrier negotiations.

I designed and implemented a workflow restructuring proposal to improve efficiency and scalability across the account management function. I conduct client business reviews, identify coverage gaps, and work to drive retention.

Before insurance, I managed patient-facing administrative operations at Kadlec Clinic and front desk operations in hospitality. I hold active Washington State Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, and I'm ready to bring my builder mindset to a founding Customer Success role.
