I seek a client-focused commercial P&C role where I can manage renewals, improve retention, handle claims and use Sagitta/Epic to streamline operations within a collaborative, growth-oriented team.

I am a Commercial Lines insurance professional with an MBA and over five years of direct commercial P&C experience, plus more than a decade of customer service background. I specialize in managing and servicing books of business across contractor, construction, healthcare, retail and technology sectors.

I have maintained high client retention (92%+ at USI) while handling renewals, endorsements, claims, certificates, audits and invoicing using Sagitta, Epic, AMS360 and ImageRight. I routinely market accounts to secure competitive rates, premiums and coverage for clients.

My technical toolkit includes advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook skills, and I have experience working in large, mid and small brokerages as well as remote environments. I also have a background in data-focused sales operations and crafting data stories to influence recommendations.
