I’m an IT Specialist with a proactive, friendly approach and a strong sense of integrity, excited to play a key role in the computing and business world. I’m flexible with new challenges and focused on executing my duties responsibly, whether that’s supporting daily operations or installing and maintaining systems.

My experience includes monitoring daily server and hardware operations, managing a ticketing/helpdesk portal to troubleshoot issues, and working with data systems by managing database records and creating custom data entry forms. I’ve also supported CCTV installation, maintenance, and surveillance work, strengthening my practical cybersecurity and networking foundation through Cisco CCNA and IT Essentials training.
