I've supported Dubai Media Incorporated since 2008, resolving hardware, software, end-user, desktop, networking, email, printer, and security-patch issues across Al Bayan, Emarat Al Youm, Emirates24/7, Dubai Post, MASAR, Tawseel, and Dubai TV.
I deploy new computers, business applications, software updates, backups, restores, and remote support solutions. I also communicate IT concepts clearly to non-IT users, log calls through the Help Desk System, coordinate with third-party specialists, and train new employees and interns.
My work has been recognized for supporting online news teams and live web broadcasts for the UAE Mars Mission, as well as for innovation and creativity in video editing at the Arab Media Forum.
Earlier, I worked on international student admissions in England and delivered freelance design and animation projects, including branding, marketing materials, and websites.
