Sumaya Yuusuf

I am an Information and Communication Technology professional with experience supporting ICT operations, troubleshooting computer issues, maintaining office technology, and assisting users.

I have worked with Al Furat, Somtel, and NEC, gaining experience in IT support and telecommunications operations. I also completed a Cisco Packet Tracer project in which I designed a small business network, separated Administration and Staff departments using VLANs, and configured switch ports and network connectivity.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technology, a Master's degree in Cyber Security and Computer Networking, the Cisco CCNA certification, and CompTIA Security+ (SY0-701).

I am interested in remote IT support, help desk, junior network support, and entry-level cybersecurity opportunities. I enjoy solving technical problems, learning new technologies, and helping organizations maintain reliable and secure IT systems.
