I'm looking to build and scale production generative AI products where rigorous evaluation, experimentation, and cross-functional execution translate model capabilities into measurable customer and business outcomes.

At InCred Financial Services, I’m productionizing Hindi and Hinglish speech-to-text, intelligent document processing, and a RAG WhatsApp assistant for Loan Against Property operations. I benchmarked ASR models across accuracy, latency, and cost, reducing costs by 40% versus third-party APIs.

Previously at Meesho, I scaled a GenAI conversational voice product from MVP to 4 lakh calls per day, a 6.5x increase. I grew AI adoption from 7% to 30% of order-contributing sellers through automated opt-in workflows and controlled experiments.

I built Meesho’s 0-to-1 GenAI voicebot using speech-to-text, LLM, and text-to-speech architecture, reaching 60K outbound calls per day in its first release. Through evaluation-driven conversational optimization, I reached 98% parity with human agents, improved quality by 36% month over month, and reduced external BPO dependency by 50%.

I also co-led Returnless Refunds for a marketplace serving 110 million users, delivering a 1% NMV retention uplift. I use product research, experimentation, SQL dashboards, and cross-functional alignment to turn AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
