I built and own a GenAI Agent Assist Platform used daily by 2,000+ contact-centre agents. Its LLM, agentic AI, and RAG workflows reduced Average Handling Time by 35%; I also designed evaluation frameworks to monitor model quality.

Before that, I owned product strategy and delivery for Verizon’s CX platform, helping expand coverage across customer touchpoints and reduce agent-handled queries by 25%.
