Unified a fragmented app ecosystem by consolidating delivery, payments, and inventory modules, accelerating customer acquisition by 45% after launch. Drove $18M ARR through platform partnerships and built FOODI, an LLM-powered restaurant AI assistant that auto-recommends and orders inventory based on demand signals.

Built unified digital payout and subscription infrastructure by integrating IMPS/NEFT/UPI with fintech APIs, increasing transaction throughput by 20%.
