What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an onsite third-shift desktop support role where I can resolve user issues, manage endpoints and access, maintain clear documentation, and contribute to reliable IT operations.

At Artificial Neural Computing, I managed JIRA ticket queues, supported internal users remotely, administered Google Workspace access, and provisioned Apple devices through Kandji.

I also built automated reporting pipelines and Power BI dashboards that replaced recurring manual management data pulls. I troubleshoot hardware, software, access, and Linux scheduled-job issues, escalating critical incidents with clear diagnostic documentation.

Previously at Louisiana State University, I supported students, faculty, and staff across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, resolving connectivity, account, printer, and endpoint issues by phone and walk-in.
