I’m a highly creative, hardworking, and well-organized professional who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. In my customer-facing role, I focus on being punctual and responsible while keeping clients supported and informed.

As a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance Portugal, I handled processing and organizing sensitive client data and maintaining direct contact with clients. I also managed back-office tasks such as emails, assisting colleagues, and handling cancellations.

I take pride in supporting team performance by assisting in the training of new colleagues. I aim to make onboarding smoother by staying attentive, clear, and ready to help as responsibilities evolve.

Beyond customer service, I’m committed to learning and developing new skills. I studied Science and Technology and completed training as a Culinary / Pastry Technician, and I’ve also expanded into creative interests through Udemy courses in game design, game writing/storytelling, and game audio/SFX & sound design.
