At SwissSign AG, I work in customer service support and serve as deputy to the Head of Customer Service. I handle escalations and coordinate with internal and external project partners, as well as Legal, Compliance, and IT.
I’m the project lead for the proof of value “AI TicketPilot,” which uses AI to automate support tickets. I also work with ServiceNow to process tickets and optimize workflows, and advise on certificates, encryption, and technical inquiries.
As a Wirtschaftsinformatik student at HSO Wirtschafts- und Informatikschule, I’m seeking a role where I can apply my knowledge of IT service management, automation, and project management to optimize processes and contribute to digital transformation.
