I’m a results-driven Head of Sales with 9+ years of experience building and scaling sales teams, developing sales strategies, and managing both B2B and B2C processes.
I’ve built and run a high-performing sales department at NDA, onboarding and developing new sales managers, creating sales scripts and playbooks, and launching new sales directions and initiatives. I also oversee daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting and set sales targets—personally contributing to hitting them.
Before that, I improved sales quality and operational processes at KPIGroup by implementing training systems for managers and team leads.
