I'm looking to lead technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, proof-of-value work, and integrations for enterprise SaaS customers, while using automation and AI-assisted delivery to prototype practical solutions and improve customer outcomes.

At brightfin, I lead the technical track of enterprise sales cycles, translating customer requirements into solution designs, tailored demonstrations, proof-of-value engagements, and integration approaches across ServiceNow and third-party data sources.

Previously, I led technical onboarding and platform migration for 100+ enterprise clients at a 95% client satisfaction rate.
