What I'm looking for

An entry-level product or analytics role, preferably in FinTech, where the work is real, the feedback is honest, and there's room to grow. I want to be in an environment where I'm learning from people who are better than me, contributing to something that actually ships, and building toward a senior product or analytics career over the next few years.

I've spent the last few years working across government, academia, and consulting — managing projects, coordinating stakeholders, and figuring out why things aren't working and how to fix them. It's given me a pretty good sense of how organisations actually function and where decisions really get made.

The shift toward product and analytics wasn't a sudden decision. I joined an MS in Business Analytics because I wanted to properly understand data and somewhere along the way I ended up building a credit scoring model on 30,000 financial records, diving into how digital payments work, and getting genuinely absorbed in customer segmentation and machine learning. At some point I realised I didn't just want to study this stuff, I wanted to build it.

FinTech is where most of my interest sits — it's a space where data, user behaviour, and real financial outcomes all collide. I find that combination hard to ignore.

Currently looking for entry-level roles in the FinTech space where I can learn fast, contribute from day one, and grow into a stronger product or analytics professional over time.
