At S&P Global Market Intelligence, I led an integration project that merged legacy collection processes into a single collection tool, saving 12 FTEs. I also created and led Team Elevate, improving Capital Markets data quality from 70% to 90% within a year through error trend analysis and targeted corrective actions.

I pursued operational efficiency through a lean project that saved 6 FTEs, and co-led requirements gathering and UAT for Spectra, a new collection tool. As Assistant Manager, I led a 27-member team across Pakistan and India and used SQL audits to identify and resolve errors. Earlier, as Programme Officer at BPP University’s Pakistan Liaison Office, I managed student applications in Salesforce and supported prospective students.
