At Elephant Teams, I lead 25+ remote staff and own end-to-end hiring, from skills assessments and interviews through onboarding, training, performance management, engagement, and retention. I match virtual assistants with real estate agents, buyers agents, business owners, and social media personalities.

At ElephantAccelerate, I diagnose operational bottlenecks with founders, redesign workflows, and build scalable systems using Monday.com automation and Hiver inbox management. I’ve also led content marketing through ideation, Canva design, basic video editing, scheduling, and posting.

I progressed from Customer Support Assistant to Customer Operations Manager, managing client relationships, high-profile real estate accounts, support teams, and administrative improvements. My psychology background supports how I coach staff and understand what clients need.
