What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an Associate Project Manager role where I can apply project coordination, stakeholder management, team leadership, and crisis-resolution skills in a fast-paced environment.

I've spent eight years with Air India and IndiGo coordinating fast-paced domestic and international operations, connecting cabin crew, flight deck, ground teams, airport stakeholders, and customers when timing and communication matter most.

At Air India, I resolved customer escalations and operational disruptions in real time, coordinated teams of 13–15, and guided newly released cabin crew through onboarding until they could operate independently.

Previously at IndiGo, I led 4–5 member cabin teams, assigned priorities, de-escalated unexpected situations, and maintained cross-team communication. I'm Google Project Management certified and looking to apply my stakeholder coordination, crisis communication, and structured problem-solving skills as an Associate Project Manager.
