I'm looking for a client-facing implementation and enablement role where I can lead structured delivery, navigate diverse stakeholders, coordinate teams, and turn user feedback into process and product improvements.

I've led end-to-end operational delivery at IndiGo Airlines across 3,500+ flights, coordinating airport authorities, ground handlers, regulators, and internal teams to meet service and compliance standards.

I resolve disruptions within SLA, maintain audit-ready documentation, and led teams of 50–80 people per operational cycle while sustaining 95%+ on-time performance. I also designed and delivered training for 90+ employees on planning, coordination, scheduling, and completion tracking.

Earlier, I built Cordlife India's first campus recruitment programme and coordinated training-content development projects at Cognizant. I'm PMP-certified and looking to bring my delivery discipline, stakeholder navigation, and enablement experience to a client-facing implementation role.
