What I'm looking for

I am looking for a job that offers opportunities for professional growth, a positive company culture, and the chance to contribute to the success of the organization. I am particularly interested in roles such as Sales Manager, Human Resource Manager, Business Development Manager, or Project Manager.

I am an experienced professional with a proven track record in developing talents, organizations, and businesses to achieve objectives. With strong leadership and managerial skills, I have successfully contributed to the growth of various organizations. Currently, I am working remotely for Enimiro Uganda, writing and developing their marketing needs, especially the LinkedIn Articles.

Prior to this, I held positions such as Sales & Marketing Manager at The Kipling Lodge and Human Resource Manager at Ssese Habitat Resort. In these roles, I oversaw operations, sales, marketing, customer experience, and administration. I have also served as a Human Resource & Business Development Manager at AQULLO (U) LTD & Self Help Foundation Uganda, where I was responsible for intern recruitment, proposal writing, product design, and planning.

Throughout my career, I have been involved in talent development, managing community projects, recruiting international volunteers and partners, and organizational development. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, and I am fluent in English and Swahili.
