Racheal Nassozi

I am an enthusiastic, purpose-driven digital marketing professional with a Diploma in Digital Marketing and over 10 years of hands-on experience working with international organizations and leading digital agencies in Uganda. I am passionate about serving people, empowering communities, and using creative digital tools to drive measurable impact.

In my current role as a manager I set the company vision, lead project planning and delivery, and manage client relationships to ensure campaigns meet business goals. I supervise designers, developers, and marketers to deliver websites, branding, and social media campaigns on time and to high quality standards while also contributing directly to graphic design and content.

My background includes office and operations management, reception and finance oversight, budgeting, invoicing, proposal writing, and quality assurance, which together support strong operational performance. I am continuing my studies in Business Administration while holding a Diploma in Digital Marketing and a Certificate in Theology, and I speak multiple languages including English, Luganda, and Lusoga.

I bring strong organization, leadership, public speaking, and mentoring skills, and I enjoy training youth and interns to build digital careers. I thrive in collaborative, multicultural environments and am committed to operational excellence, growth, and community-focused impact.
