I’m looking for remote-first, high-ticket MSP work where I can own Tier-3 support, Microsoft 365/Azure identity, pfSense networking, and automation-first N8N/Xano integrations—reducing manual overhead while keeping business-critical systems reliable.

I’m a results-driven Tier-3 IT Support Engineer with 10+ years of combined experience across systems administration, hardware servicing, network infrastructure, and business process automation. I specialize in end-to-end MSP-grade troubleshooting in Windows environments, with a strong focus on operational reliability and fast resolution.

In real production environments, I administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and manage Azure Active Directory / Entra ID user, group, and license workflows. I also handle conditional access, MFA, and SSO-related policy needs to keep identities secure and accessible for teams.

On the infrastructure side, I configure and troubleshoot pfSense firewall environments—rules, VLANs, VPN, traffic shaping, and advanced remote troubleshooting—plus core TCP/IP services like DNS and DHCP. I’ve also built and integrated automation-heavy workflows using N8N and Xano, including REST API design and secure cross-origin access patterns (CORS).

What I enjoy most is the automation-first mindset: I design cloud-integrated pipelines that reduce repetitive manual work and improve consistency.
